What You Can Request
Account-data deletion
Request deletion of your registered profile and company account details.
WhatsApp connection-data deletion
Request deletion of WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID and connection records.
Customer and message-history deletion
Request deletion of customer phone numbers, message IDs and delivery status history associated with your account.
Before We Process a Request
Please include your registered name, email, company and phone number. We may verify your identity before taking action. Some legally required records may be retained where deletion is not permitted or is not reasonably possible.
